- Non- corrosive blades with edges tested in laser, due to polishing, meat does not stick to it and easy to clean
- The knife handle is equipped with an especially wide part leaving enough space for the thumb
- There is no gap between the link of the knife blade and the knife handle
- The blade is cast in one piece at 1000 ˚C
